PROCEDURE: Rabbits were immunized with highly purified EQKLISEEDL conjugated with KLH_x000D_ (C-MYC) and the resulting antiserum was collected. Specific antibody was solid_x000D_ phase adsorbed then immunoaffinity purified off an antigen containing_x000D_ immunosorbent and conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC). Antibody_x000D_ concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0_x000D_ mg of IgG. FITC/Protein Ratio = 3.0 – 6.0.
SPECIFICATIONS: This antibody will react with EQKLISEEDL as determined by ELISA and IEP_x000D_ techniques. It is suitable for blotting, ELISA and IF applications. Optimal_x000D_ working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
